cant access virtuozzo or plesk on VPS! Anyone else?

Cant access either plesk or virtuozzo, when virtuozzo eventually loads (takes bloody ages) and you login, the left had bar doesnt appear and the lolo displayed for plesk is of that from plesk 7

I'm a Windows VPS Hosting user, and I must say I have been with eukhost for 2 months now, and I really regret joining, I've had nothing but problems and things get resolved but the probs come back again... Anyone else experiencing the same probs as me?
