Corrupt Firewall?

Hello,

I am having major issues with my VPS. I cannot get the firewall to work as it's saying there is several things not working and are corrupt. I never touched my firewall and it was off when I went to open up a couple ports.

Also, if the firewall is enabled I cannot go to my websites without using the www. so seems like there is an issue beyond the firewall? If the firewall is disabled I can use www. or without. Yes I am using .htaccess RewriteRule correctly :P

I spoke to live support and the person I spoke to had no clue what so ever.

I have emailed support but I really would like to know what has happened here.

RESULT: csf will not function on this server due to FATAL errors from missing modules [4]

Hello Ross

Few iptables modules were missing on main server due to which csf was not working properly on your vps. Missing modules have been installed now and enabled on your vps.
Please update ticket in case problem still persists.
