Hi,
Does anyone know if cPanel / WHM has an auto backup facility?

daily / weekly / monthly?

Maybe a cron could be set in root admin?

I'm not entirely sure if there is an auto backup feature; you'll have to ask a staff member. However, there is something called rsync which can create backups periodically to an external FTP server.

But if it could be Ftp'd to a different address every night that would be great.

Its almost like cPanel can Generate/Download a rar file (ftp Upload) a backup nightly auto for you.

You can automatically backup accounts including files etc. in WHM. In the search bar type Backup and you'll get everything you'll need. I do this nightly.

Hi,

Seems like you are talking of remote backup. We do offer remote backup plans where you get space, bandwidth and ftp to transfer you backup files onto a remote location server.
