CPU Usage Question

I spoke to a VPS Hosting company today, and I told them I needed to send out 150,000 opt-in emails over a two week time frame. He told me that I could do that as long as I did not go over my CPU useage, he told me I should go for the basic plan for what I needed to do. The basic plan says 0.56 CPU, do you think that is enough. Or maybe go for the next plan that is 0.84 CPU

just need an idea what would be the best plan for the job I need to do.

As per our experience 0.84 CPU plan will be a better option.
