Default CpAddons Feature List

I am just wondering about optimizing settings as I will be using my VPS Hosting for my own domains and will not need to make use of most of the default CpAddons (well, I think I won't need most of them).

The problem is I have never really used mst of them and not sure what they affect and how much 'space' they take up etc.

I do know that some of them are necessary (MySql and a few others).

For example, Change Language is listed. If I removed this from the default package would it have any noticeable change in storage space? Or PhpBB2?

I guess I am just looking to get rid of as much 'fluff' as I can without affecting things too much and wondering what other people normally get rid of? :P
