email issue , no such user

Hi all, i didnt think this was worth opening a tick for, so asking on here.

I've got a VPS, which is fine, but i've already recently steered a client onto business hosting with EUK. Thats fine too.. all set up nicely.

The problem is i dont seem to be able to send them emails to their domain , as i keep getting a 550 No Such User Here error. Now, this only happens when sending from an account on my VPS. I have no problems sending them an email from anywhere else (eg my googlemail account). Nor do i get any error messages when sending to anyone else via my vps accounts.

Can someone highlight whats going on?

Please contact our VPS department via Live Chat or open a ticket to vps[@]eukhost.com. You need to provide them the complete details of the sender and the recipient as that would help the technical admin to rectify the issue and fix it to the earliest.
