We rebooted our semi dedicated server early afternoon and it came back fine. We repeated this again shortly after and it did not.
We are being told it is a firewall issue and it will need physical presence which will not be available before midnight. Thankfully it is Saturday but my phone is still ringing from unhappy clients.
Is this the normal speed of response?

Information on time scale is my main concern.

Hello John,

Philip has replied to your ticket. We had asked you to take a backup of the data and get back to us in a separate ticket concerning the same issue. But we are yet to receive your reply on that. The problem lies with the web site hosting files itself which have now been completely infected.

We thought the previous issue to have been resolved. We scanned and cleaned the data. There must have been a re infection. We are now considering a dedicated server for more isolation /protection.
