FTP access on VPS

This is getting more and more frustrating.

Now I cannot access my website hosting via FTP.

It seems EVERY single time I am going to do some work on my website hosting I have to wait for hours for support to get things sorted and then I have no time left to work on my website hosting.

It is really starting to piss me off the amount of problems... it seems they increase.

I am used to a few initial setup problems but then it is smooth sailing from that point onwards. However, the problems from eukhost seem to increase.

Yes I have opened a ticket incase someone decides to reply to open a ticket... which indicates they don't read the messages properly or understand english.

ps. Many of my questions do go unanswered and I normally just receive a message saying it is fixed etc ... but my questions are normally How can I fix it? Did I do anything wrong? etc etc ... if I can fix it I will, if I done something wrong without knowing, how can I prevent doing it wrong in the future if all I get is - it is fixed now and shouldn't happen again type of response?

pps. The error on my ftp is:
Error reading response from server.
Connection closed by remote host.

Yes it got resolved - it sounded straightforward and if I had previous WHM I likely would not have required any contact with support.
