OK, this happened last night and caused our server to go off line while you chaps had a look, and now again the server running like a pig with whm taking ages to load cpanel not even getting there and any site that uses mysql well forget it.
Now I am in chat with Philip and he is looking into this, but it's not good enough as this keeps happening, now admittedly it's been fine for a few months, but this really needs to be looked at, as it sure ain't good for business.

We have corrected CSF and other configuration files, everything seems to be fine. We'll monitor your VPS for next 24 hours, if the problem still persists then please get back to us, we will migrate your VPS to new hardware node.

Sounds fair to me.
Seems to be OK now, I will also monitor it, and if we have any more problems, will work with you, although trying to find a cause would be a better solution, as so far neither you nor I know where the load is coming from.
