I've tried install Ruby on my cPanel VPS Hosting using this tutorial:

Except theres something wrong with the tutorial as now httpd won't start.

Anyone have any ideas?

I would suggest you to place a ticket at VPS Hosting[at]eukhost.com and someone will look into your problem, as there are number of reasons for apache to fail.

You should give first preference for option in your WHM. Ruby installation option is available in "Module Installers". If that doesn't work then you should have one of our VPS Hosting team mebers to install it for you.
