I've currently got a call open with support about this - but I'm using PlusNet not Virgin Media.
Since about 30 minutes after I signed up last night, I've had problems with either hop 6 or 7 on the following trace route

Any ideas? I've tried two different networks - work and via a proxy from home - one works the other doesn't. The only thing those trace routes show is that it doesn't go near hop 7 in particular!
