Well, to top it all off - the script I am using has now had a new version released today - so I am going to start another subdomain and check that the current setup works for the new version of the script properly - but it looks like some possible tweaks may be needed or some additional things installed...

It just depends on the functionality that I am looking to keep and remove from the script update whether I need to look at any changes to setup.

I just want to be able to get into the position to launch the website hosting

Problems seem to all becoming at once for you . If you don't need the update for security updates or new features then maybe you can stick with the old version of the script?
