Default Memory limits

Hi,
My VPS has Soft Limit and Hard Limit set at 384mb. I thought that soft limit was guaranteed ram (384mb) and hard limit was burst ram (1gb). If they are both the same how can it use burst limit?

Please open a ticket for our VPS Team from http://support.eukhost.com. I will ask them to look into it once you open a ticket.

I'm not able to figure out if you are hosted on new nodes with SLM or old nodes with UBS virtualization. Burtstable RAM concept is available on UBS nodes only.

Not much point opening a ticket, I am on the new nodes with SLM. Does that mean that 384mb is the top limit on ram? And if I upgraded to L-VPS-02 512mb would be my top limit? I don’t want to go on the older slower servers with burstable ram, but I think it should be made clear in your advertising that your new servers do not support it..
