I've said this elsewhere, but it needs saying again
one of the main reasons for moving hosting was terrible support
support here is second to none and i am already recommending EUKHOST to others
who are still hosted where i was.

It gets better! The original plan I paid for used the lower amount of memory but the new plans have upgraded the quotas. So this is a free upgrade, not a wrong amount allocated

Dell offered good pricing on new E5420, x3220 and x3230 servers that we've ordered with them and we decided to pass on equal benefit to our customers as well. Old Q6600 and x3210 servers were highly expensive so RAM allocated to VPS Hosting plans at that time was quite low.
More signups we get, more servers we order and more we negotiate with Dell
