Domain transfer. If technical support is unable to do what is needed to transfer a domain to yourselves, just tell me so I can go with a company who is able to 1) tell the truth and 2) carry out their job.

I'm giving this 24hours to be resolved. Resolved = transfer email in my inbox allowing me to authorize the domain transfer. If not, then I'm off and expect a full refund.

Enom is acquiring whois contact for your domain so you will receive an email within next 24 hours. However we have placed a ticket to ENOM to check the status for the domain transfer as it takes 7 days for the domain to get transferred under new registrar.

If you wanted to modify settings now so it resolves off your eUKhost account I suggest you modify the nameservers (it might be already as I don't know the full situation). You will have to do this with your current registrar.

JC, thanks - nameservers were updated and are currently resolving. Pressure off now.

Ryan, this is exactly what annoys me. I was told 2 or 3 hours from the time enom was informed of the issue. You are saying 24. Big difference. If its 24, then please inform all your staff to say 24 hours - not 2, not 3, not instant, 24... If this had been set out from the get-go, I probably wouldn't be as annoyed as I was.
