I already opened a ticket. But I am posting here because this way I normally get some form of answer.

You just don't understand how ****** off I am at the minute...

I still didn't get any free upgrade that you gave other people who had suffered the same problems I did before... as I was already on the virtuozzo... so in fact I should never have suffered the original problems.

Yes, it seems to be the same problems coming up yet again ... as I am getting the same 'warning' messages that support told me to ignore last time... yet the same problem has occurred.

Unhappy

You were told several times to pay the invoice on time. You VPS Hosting is suspended because of billing. You already have crossed the grace period of suspension. It would be best to pay annually to avoid this.

We can't just give free upgrade to everyone. Your VPS Hosting is already on working stable server not having any problem.

Well I have paid it on freaking time...

this is the notice I originally got from billing:

Quote:
Hello,

Well we can hereby state that you have made the payment for the invoice 17877 to our end on 3 Aug. 2007 , but the payment made was by e-check and the expected date of the clearance of the echeck payment is on 14 Aug. 2007 , so as soon as the payment gets cleared at our end , we will update in the billing system and no more suspension notice will be send at your end. We will take care of the echeck payment, So no worries at your end.

Please revert back to us if you have any query we would be glad to assist you further.

Regards,
Aaron Phillips

Where does it say I paid late? ... nowhere? I paid on time and get suspended after being told not to worry as eukhost would take care of it and not issue any more suspension notices.

I can understand if I was late paying it or not paying it. However, to continually get billing notices after payment has been initiated and acknowledged as being made by me and then suspended AFTER being told not to worry... would you not be pissed off?

I already paid. It was acknowledged as being paid from my side. Mark stated 2checkout had made it awkward for many customers in the other thread:

Quote:
We will be switching our Credit Card processor before end of this month as 2checkout has made things difficult for customers and many customers are finding it inconvenient to pay by credit card.

I apologize for the inconvenience you had but we never expected our payment gateway to keep on changing its policies every other day.
Now given the facts:
1) I made the payment
2) I was told not to worry
3) 2checkout causing inconvenience to other customers also

Then you state I was told to pay it several times ... and crossed the grace period? ... well, if my payment is due on the 3rd of August... why do billing want me to pay on the 19th july?

I was told before it is the way the billing system works and that I shouldn't worry about it and just pay as normal on the 3rd (the actual due date). Now if the grace period is from the 19th - 3rd = 14 days approx... my actual grace period is from the 3rd - 17th (14 days).

That is sufficient time for funds to clear via paypal and therefore I am within the grace period as it is not yet the 17th.

I initially raised concerns about the billing because I was shocked to get an invoice for the following month just 16days after I had paid my original bill. It was claimed by billing support that it was the way the system worked because of people who were on annual billing etc. Yes, 14 days grace (and going beyond that) in my opinion would be terms for suspension. However, the 14 day grace period should be taken from the ACTUAL billing date that is due and not 14 days BEFORE it is due... otherwise the system by default would suspend all accounts if payment was not made on the actual due date.
