Ken is definitely in receipt of the most praise at the moment. I think Ken has definitely got the Employee of the Month Award for October (and quite possibly November at this rate!)

Yes KEN should be awarded as the Best Employee of the eUKHOST not only employee of the month, if this Award is measured on Friendly support, Professionalism, Technique to manage clients, Ability to manage critical situation.

I agree with the above, Ken has helped me along the way with many of issues and I do thank him for that sincerely, he's easy to understand and is always friendly and is never slow.
