can one of your guys please update my nameserver - I have requested via live support/email when the server went live last thursday/friday and still nothing at all

can someone please ensure the nameservers ns1.clickdiscount and ns2.clickdiscount.co.uk point to my new semi dedicated server asap please

This is starting to take the micky a bit - 3-4 days for a upgrade of accounts - all the time my website hosting crashing on its current VPS Hosting

Hello Nathan,

I changed IPs of your nameservers twice in last 1 hour but they get reverted to old IPs after some time. I'll keep on trying and will let you know once it gets sorted.

can you insure i am not rebilled for the VPS Hosting even if this roles over my payment date please, as i had well an truly anticipated the semi-dedicated server would be up and running!

and any chance of a temporary increase in allocated space on the VPS Hosting to sort out memory issues for my website hosting - i am getting a bit sick almost a week on of constantly rebooting the MySQL Server - i know its an innefficient piece of code, i have a more efficient piece of code almost ready to go live - but i would rather keep both servers in sync so leave it as it stands until everything is live on the new server

Hello Nathan,

I have assigned our anonymous nameservers to your Semi-Dedicated server. I am not sure why the IPs for your private nameservers are not changing from the Registry, but everything should be sorted now.

Your domain is resolving from your Semi-Dedicated Server. You will need to open a ticket with VPS Hosting team if you need RAM or Space allocation modified.

can you give me these settings for the anonymous nameservers please

I was hoping through changine the private nameserver - to not have to modify the numerous domains i have pointing to the VPS Hosting - which i no longer have a use for once the semi-dedicated server has been commissioned into use

ok - who do i complain to?

from a extremely happy customer last thursday - to one seriously annoyed customer in 5 days!

im not going into this in a public place - just let me know where i can send my complaint please
