I have experienced such a high amount of problems with EUK hosting with both
VPS Hosting and Dedicated hosting... I am now at my wits end and have just sent this email off to their feedback email address...
I won't go into the individual problems as the email explains most of it, suffice to say unless i receive satisfactory responce to this email i will be moving my
website hosting to another hosting company...
I will keep you informed of the outcome...

I was recommended to EUK Hosting by a good friend of mine, however since i have been with you i have experienced a stream of problems with your
web hostings...
My
dedicated server started off as a
VPS Hosting and i experienced alot of downtime problems, in the end they put it down to my
website hosting creating a vast amount of temp files... I was told there was nothing could be done about this and i would HAVE to upgrade to dedicated... Knowing very little about hosting i trusted what you were saying to me and upgraded to Dedicated...
I then discover that all you would needed to have done to solve the problem on the
VPS Hosting was to set up a daily cron to delete the temp files... After a long argument with one of your representitives i was offered a £10 monthly credit against my dedicated... Again there were problems with the dedicated to start with, which led me to take out a sms alarm call if the web site hosting went down, this is set up with *******************
On my new
VPS Hosting you have set up a cron to delete these temp files daily, dispite originally being told by 3 of your tech guys that it is NOT possible to do this on
VPS Hosting...
Since setting that up i have experienced zero downtime with my dedicated, so i decided that i would take out another
VPS Hosting hosting for my new site... This seems to have proved to be a big mistake, the amount of downtime i have had since sending my
website hosting live two weeks ago has been horrendous. Each time i have contacted support i have been guaranteed that the problem was fixed, on the second day of my
website hosting going live there was a 7 hours downtime, followed by numerous downtimes, fortunetly most happened while i was online and was able to get it solved quickly by support...
The other night you suspended my
VPS Hosting account for supposedly high memory usage yet there were very few people online on my
website hosting, upon contacting support you reactivated it instantly... My web site hosting is totally text based and normally the server load is very low... It seems everytime i contact support when the web site hosting goes down i am told its a different problem... As i am writing this i am also talking to another webmaster who has hosting with you (
VPS Hosting) and he has experienced the same problems as i have and the same excuses... He was also told his memory usage was too high dispite having the same number members online he has had for the last 6 months... This leads me to believe there is some technical problem...
A friend who had less problems with his hostings than i have experienced was offered a
dedicated server upgrade for free (*******************). yet all i have been offered is a credit of £10...
I was looking to upgrade the
VPS Hosting to dedicated but with the amount of problems i have experienced with you. I am considering moving my
website hosting to another hosting company...
I hope you look into the amount of problems i have had since taking my hosting with you and make a decent offer to compensate for the amount of problems i have experienced and renew my confidence in EUK as a hosting company...
