Anyone aware of any issues with others on Sky, or any tests I can get them to try (although they aren't the most technical).
Thanks

Hi Ryan,
There are no such reported issues about Sky.com customers having problems accessing our network. You might want them to have ping & traceroute/tracert commands run from their local machines/network to your VPS's IP & provide us with the result.
To make it more viable, they need to do this:
On their local machine (hopefully Windows OS)
To Ping: Click on Start > Run > type in CMD press enter, a black console window will open, type in "
ping 87.xxx.xxx.xxx". (Where 87.xxx.xxx.xxx is your VPS's actual IP address)
To Tracert/Traceroute: Click on Start > Run > type in CMD press enter, a black console window will open, type in "
tracert 87.xxx.xxx.xxx". (Where 87.xxx.xxx.xxx is your VPS's actual IP address)
Once done, copy the results & send them to us at
vps@eukhost.com. We'll be able to check exactly where their connection is being dropped.
