Really Bad Experience with Sitebuilder

color="Red">Really Absolutely BAD Experiences I am facing for last 2 weeks.

Anyone there who can help me to overcome the problem ? I can not publish Multiple Websites in my VPS through Swsoft Sitebuilder. Pls help me if you can.

Only fron one person I got help about sitebuilder & He is Ken from eUKHost, though my problem is not yet solved.

when I do chat with eUKHost VPS technical people, everyone ask me to raise tickets & i did accordingly but no solution. I do not want to request anymore to ANY eUKHost VPS technical people to solve this issue. if anyone can help me pls do me a favour.

Actually I upgraded ,my plan from VPS-01 to VPS-03 only for sitebuilder. I am paying money for nothing.

I tried to publish/host my created websites as per your instructions steps but it does not work. I also requested you to publish/host two websites on test basis in my VPS through sitebuilder in below mentioned mail. However, i does not work & Scott said me in chat that it would take time & i have to raise another ticket for that. Ken can you please let me know that How Many TICKETS i need to raise for this sitebuilder issue to publish/host multipmle websites in my VPS through sitebuilder? Please requesting you Again & Finally to publish my multiple websites in VPS on test basis through sitebuilder, so that i can do it myself & not to kill your time anymore. Following are the steps to create website is through SIteBuilder
1) Login to Sitebuilder with Admin details
2) Go to Sites >> Click on "Add New Site"
3) Enter Site name and Owner
4) Go to Publishing Settings and use following details:
Publishing mode :: FTP
Host (IP address or DNS name) :: jobsitedb.com
Port :: 21
Login :: FTP Username of the domain on which you want to publist website
Password :: FTP Password of the domain on which you want to publist website
Working directory :: httpdocs/
Web site URL: Enter the site name
Press Verify Location to verify all the above settings
5) Press Ok
6) Go to Sites >> Select the site you have create from the list
7) Click Edit Site in Wizard and create your Website

Once site created >> Go to Sites >> Select the site you have create from the list
9) follow the 4th Step
10) press Publish Site

Hi,

I have successfully created website from site builder and published web pages on your domain. ementerprise-ltd.com

Also i have replied to your ticket with every step i have used in for website creation and publishing. Now you can create websites for other domains using same steps.

Hi Ken & VPS Engineers,

Finally you have solved my sitebuilder problem. This is great News for me as i know i will have huge clients in short future ^ that is why i upgraded my vps plan. At the same time I also hope i will further upgrade my plan from vps to Semi-Dedicated in short future.

However, it is time to forget the bad experiences & hope eUKHost ROCKS as before.

Huge thanks to specially KEN & he is really very much cooperative & friendly & also honestly Ken made me happy & delighted.
