Hi,

I have a Windows VPS Hosting.

Should I re boot it every so often or is it OK to leave it running as long as it can.

Reboot of VPS Hosting once in month is good and it helps to keep getting good performance of the server.

If you see high memory usage after few months then you should reboot your VPS Hosting once, else you should not reboot as there wont be any problem unless you use all your allocated RAM.
