Is it possible to change the regional/time settings within a Virtual Environment (VPS Hosting)?
>>> Since the Windows instance within a VPS Hosting is shared with the Virtuozzo server, the time settings is also shared. Therefore, it is not possible to reflect different time settings in the VE than what is on the node.
