Hello

Are you able to setup a reverse DNS, some emails don't get through because the receiving mail servers expect a reverse DNS.

What I need is

87.117.201.144 - mail.tdd.org.uk

Cheers thanks. On another note, I asked the online chat support about how to get this sorted. They said to email the VPS Hosting admins, but I didn't get a reply or anything from that, is that the normal channel to get anything done, or this forum?

Actually no, just seen it was still in the queue, it must have been because the reverse dns not being setup.

Our VPS Hosting team answers most of the tickets in less than 30 mins. rDNS tickets take time as we need to add rDNS through our server panel and if the forward DNS doesn't work then rDNS takes time for setup.

Please add A records of the mail domain for which we have setup rDNS for you.

You can add A record for the mail domain from your WHM. DNS Stuff shows that its A record is missing.

"87.117.201.144 PTR record: mail.tdd.org.uk. [TTL 10800s] [A=CNAME] *ERROR* A record for mail.tdd.org.uk"
