Cheers thanks. On another note, I asked the online chat support about how to get this sorted. They said to email the VPS Hosting admins, but I didn't get a reply or anything from that, is that the normal channel to get anything done, or this forum?
Our VPS Hosting team answers most of the tickets in less than 30 mins. rDNS tickets take time as we need to add rDNS through our server panel and if the forward DNS doesn't work then rDNS takes time for setup.

You can add A record for the mail domain from your WHM. DNS Stuff shows that its A record is missing.
