Default routing issue ?

I've raised a ticket on this ,
but wanted to see if other people are having similar problems at the moment

i'm getting extemely slow loading of pages on my VPS Hosting (www.peugeot-gti.net)

when i can get any response out of whm its showing cpu use of around 0.1
and memory used of about 84%

i rebooted my VPS Hosting , just in case, but that's made no difference at all

traceroutes to my ip tend to stall one hop away
so it's looking like a routing issue

There is certainly packet loss. Please can you open a ticket at <a href="http://www.eukhost.com/vps-...a>@eukhost.com so they can have a look at this

Seems to have improve a bit as it's working for me. Out of interest, which ISP are you using?

it seems to be sorted now

so hopefully they found something and fixed it , i'll know when they update the ticket


as always the service and support provided by eukhost is second to none


edit: i'm on virgin media , but our club members from all over the country were ringing me up with the same problem

Hello,

We have checked this issue with the Datacenter Techs and according to them there wasn’t any network issue from their side.

We would suggest you to open a ticket with the complete traceroute from your end so that we can investigate in a better way.

there was definately some sort of routing issue between 87.127.231.90 and 217.112.84.17
which lasted for around an hour

and it wasn't just me that was seeing it

If it does appear again, I would suggest doing a tracert and saving it so you can pass it on to support.
