I have logged so many support calls and been on live chat to many times to remember, about my clients SEMI-Dedicated server that I manage for them, I thought I would extend this to the Forum to see if anyone else is having as many problems as I have.
I have had a standard windows
VPS Hosting with eUKHost for a while now and when my client needed a server of his own I recommended eUKHost as they have been good to me (yeah, it took a couple of weeks and a move to a new node, but everything works fine now

).
For the last couple of weeks i have gone through 4 IP address changes, 1 node rebuild, logs that state 30gb of data transfer per day when the web site hosting is less then a week old and only 5 pages of text??? and to top it off, itermitant down time throughout the day but by the time I contact support it is back up again and all they say is "it works for us!!!".
My client wants to get a refund, but what do you guys think. Do you think eUK will come through in the end of shall I move them???
