Exclamation Services failed and won't restart

Is a member of staff able to check what is wrong with my semi dedicated please (ip: 92.48.68.85)

The live support software we run lost it's connection to our server at about 12:15.

I tried to get an SSH connection to check the server load, but that kept failing.

I then logged on to virtuozzo, and restarted it. Now MySql, HTTP, and SSH are all down, and won't restart:

Virtuozzo shows that ssh is up, but i'm getting 'server unexpectedly closed network connection' every time I try and connect.

Hello.

We have investigated and everything is working fine on your server. Please do not restart services from the Virtuozzo Power Panel, as Virtuozzo Power panel support the default service which is installed by the OS rpm as you were having cPanel on your server and cPanel install its own apache and MySQL services and these services are not support on Virtuozzo Power Panel due to which it fails to restart from the VZPP. If you want to restart the services you can restart it from WHM >> Restart Services option.

If you were connecting ssh using VZPP then please use I.E browser to connect because it require one swsoft software to connect and it get installed in IE automatically. If you still face any problem you can mail to support department so that admin will look into it.

I now have this resolved. It turns out the firewall had decided to block my ip. I managed to log in from one of my windows servers and remove the ban, and have also added the ip of the proxy I use to the allow list to prevent this happening again.
