Shared SSL Certificates

Hi, I am having trouble setting up a shared SSL certificate on a VPS server...I have a few sites using a shared IP address, and would like each of them to have SSL enabled, using a self-signed certificate using SSL/TLS in WHM. One of the accounts it works properly, and after experimenting some time ago with having another site on shared IP, using a shared certificate, I managed to get it to work, so it can be done, but I can't get it to work again now, and I'm sure I've tried the same method as I did before, (shared SSL Cert in Manage SSL Hosts, install an SSL Certificate, change the domain, username: nobody).

Can anyone help with this?
