Short good run come to an end already...

after one month with windows VPS Hosting, today I find that I can't login to RDP and all my website hosting eventually come up with a plesk default page on them... they could have all been down the whole weekend I wouldn't know... I thought EUK offered a managed VPS Hosting service?

so the headbashingly frustrating live chat begins.... and already i feel disappointment turning into anger:

If you want to know more about if your VPS Hosting is up or down I would suggest using a monitoring service. I have one at www.monitor.checker-design.com or you can search for them in google.
