Thank you Ryan, I appreciate your help.
What we don't understand is how these files are getting corrupted. As we've said before, we have VERY limited technical knowledge, none of us even log into the server. So there is nothing we're doing at our end to corrupt the VPS.
This is really becoming a bit too frequent now, and no one seems to be able to provide us with the answer as to they we keep getting corrupted.

Rsync did say "You must doing or having program installed on your VPS which is creating such problem."
He has said this as the same corruption seems to be happening again and again. Do you have any additional software installed on your account that could be doing this?

We will install some scripts on your vps which will clean the /tmp directory every day. This should fix the problem you have with filling of /tmp partition.
I will let you know once this is done.

Hi
Hello,
Apologize for this inconvenience.
We have set a cron which will empty files from /tmp partition daily. We will also monitor your VPS for next few hours.

Is this actually going to resolve the problem, or will we be left with a cron issue, like the previous occasion this happened?

This solution will work as long as no one removes the cronjob we have set. If someone alters our cronjob then the problems will reoccur.

That's great, but none of us removed the last one and it still happened again.

Hmmmm does seem like a strange one. But if Mark says that by not removing / altering the cron job will make the site work, then the site will work .

Hello,
There was a problem in the dns zone of your VPS, due to which your website was not working.
We have corrected the DNS entry and named service was restarted, now your site is working fine. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
