Support Ticket Problem.

I submitted a ticket about closing my old VPS account recently. (KNW-45798-182).

However, it doesn't show up as an "open" ticket on my account page. When I try and access the ticket from the support page I just get a long wait and nothing happens before a time out.

Are you having ticket troubles guys?

Could someone look into this for me please?

I'm not trying to hurry you up... just want to make sure you've got it and it's linked to my account.

Hi Eddy,

The ticket is moved in the Billing queue & someone will reply back within the next few mins after closing the old VPS account.
