tailwatchd failed issue - UK Web Hosting

I received this email from my VPS account manager
host. andrewdyson. com 92 .48 .108 .112

tailwatchd failed @ Wed Jun 10 06:35:23 2009. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method: [check command] tailwatchd is not running

Is it important and can anyone please shed some light on what I must do to correct this error

Hello Andrew,

You can ignore this warning messages. Error messages generated because of cpanel service get restarted.

I have checked and the service is running fine on your VPS.
