It seems that the Plesk configuration files has been corrupted and we have contacted SW-Soft Engineers to look into. We will keep you updated regarding this.

cmd.exe was corrupt on your Windows VPS Hosting which has been fixed now. Your ticket has been answered.

There is also something strange going on with the DNS on my VPS Hosting

Daedo.co.uk resolves to my old VPS Hosting address (87.117,246.51)
Fullcontact.co.uk resolves to 8.15.231.10 but is not pingable
Fimpmedia.com resolves to the new VPS Hosting and correct IP 87.117.252.226
My new domain halifaxtaekwondo.co.uk is not pingable at all

This might be sorted now but when I had a similar problem, restarting the DNS service sorted it.

Phil, all the domains resolve properly for me, they're pinging to 87.117.252.226. You may need to wait until the DNS gets propagated throughout the internet.

Now the mailenable service has stopped and can not be restarted even though its set to Automatic.

Getting the error:-

Error occured while try get list of services.

Possible reasons

Service subsystem not available: resource shortage, perform to many operation, locked, other.
Virtuozzo was misconfigured.
Possible solutions

Wait 30 seconds and try again.
Call HW Administrator for support.
Other possible actions
Refresh this page

I am sure i am due a day where i don't have to log a call to EUK.

My web sites are down and email is not working. I am also not able to logon to the control panel. Sent an email to the VPS Hosting team over an hour ok but a have not had a reply yet.

I logged on to Virtuozzo and the VPS Hosting was down. I started it again and everything looks ok. Could someone please investigate why this happened so we can prevent it happening again.

There was high memory consumption on many VPS Hosting's on the main server due to which your VPS Hosting was inaccessible. We have fixed this and your VPS Hosting is running fine.
