VPS Bost

8pm last night my VPS Hosting started failing.
spent 2 hours on techincal chat, they ended telling me it was not the VPS Hosting fault,
but the domains pointing to it. - Why all the W32svc-WP errors then!

I've removed all website hosting data from the plesk system.

ran reconfigure. tried to reset the system back to defaults.

I cannot add a domain to the system at all now. see error below.

I have removed all my data from the server.

As my initial domain has still not been moved over by your selves 'konstruc.com',
I want the server fully reset with it set for 'konstruc.co.uk'.

I have full control over that domain controlled from freeparking.co.uk.

I've had this server for over a week now, i still have not managed to get my main
domain 'konstruc.com' hosted on it.

If I don't get this resolved today, I will be wanting a full 30-day refund,
including my £9 domain transfer which has still not happened. And I will find
some other VPS Hosting company.

Have you heard anything back from them yet?

I went onto rdp this morning. And re-installed the plesk system myself!

Then I re-built 2 domains back in and all seems fine.

The problem I have is why it happened in the first place, as at the time nothing has going on the server.

The errors you have provided are related to plesk and it would be best if we check those with Swsoft engineers. Let us know if you are still facing any problem with it.
