Tried to post this on the network status forum but it didn't show up so I guess I can't open threads in that forum.
I need somewhere to vent my concerns. Don't know why a network status thread hasn't been automatically created for this problem here, as online support have told me this is affecting many customers.
My
VPS Hosting has been down (87.117.201.99) since 14.30 yesterday. After various online chats I am told each time that it will be fixed shortly. I have only now been told that I could have my
VPS Hosting moved to new node (no loss of data)... why wasn't I told this at the beginning, or why wasn't it done automatically to minimise the downtime I am experiencing.
I've only just completed moving all my customers over to my
VPS Hosting, so I know you'll understand my frustrations here. This move has been described as an upgrade to all my customers, and they complaining and asking to be moved back to my old ISP (not an option for me).
I've opened a ticket requesting a move, but don't know how long that will take.
So who else out there is feeling the pain...
