What happened to this thread?

Where are the updates?

I have lost all data on my VPS Hosting going back to 10am 18/7/08. The server didn't go down til 20/7/08.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

Be thankful you have something mate.

I now have my files as of the 18th also, 48hrs lost work (which might I add was for a deadline of this morning at 8am, lol) - I also have a server that won't run MySQL Server or my mail server. Not too great when all my customers want is a website hosting where they can update the content and email services.

Is this general? Are mail servers down across the VPS Hosting?

I am not receiving mail full stop. Can we please have an update? I notice the EUK support line is still turned off.

Hello,

We have restored all the VPS Hostinges from the backup we have, but perl modules on them seems to be corrupted due to which the services which requires perl are not working. We are now manually updating those modules and we will keep you updated.

I have to be honest, this is crap. All my website hosting are down again and have been for over an hour. I am only about 2hrs away from moving host.
