Default Vps Node Issues

Dear Customers,

We have a problem with our Linux VPS Hosting Node with the IP 92.48.110.6. The node was under FSCK a short while back. At this time, we are having to reinstall the OS. I will update the forum with the progress we make on this.

We apologise for any inconvenience which is being caused due to this.

Hi!

Lets hope they get it fixed soon. Not very impressed with a uptime of 93% for my VPS Hosting so far (I've my VPS Hosting for a week now), but hopefully its better in the future..It is bad for business to have server down for 10 hours what my VPS Hosting have been now..

The VPS Hosting node is now fully functional. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. All errors have been fixed . We do not expect any problems with this node again. Eukhost appreciates the patience shown by all the customers.

FYI: I had a reseller account until last weekend (converted it to VPS Hosting then). No important changes were done from then to now between reseller and VPS Hosting account - so I had them restore that reseller account to get my most important domains up again this morning already.
I'm down on the VPS Hosting - but the most important domains work. The rest doesn't work because I didn't bother changing their dns registry name servers...

Angry unacceptable

Lucky you nexbyte.

Any ETA on this new issue ? This is totally unacceptale to have a downtime of 15 hours now..

Hello,

The Node is online again but the VPS Hostinges will take some time to start as every VPS Hosting will run FSCK in it before starting. Also as per the logs we found on the server it seems that there is a script or a corrupt file troubled the server after re-install. Now we are starting the VPS Hostinges manually so that we can find the culprit (in verbose mode).

File system errors are a right pain at times... I'm sure support are doing everything they can do get the server back online a.s.a.p.
