VPS Node Uptime

Hi

Is anyone else experiencing problems with their VPS Hosting node?

Over the last 30 days I have had a total of 2 hrs, 22 mins, 9 secs downtime, and when I go into live chat the report is always that the node load is too high and they will bring it down.

Sure enough they do always bring it down, but when I ask about downtime they always say that the VPS Hosting has been up for x amount of days so its not downtime. This is rubbish to me... if my website hostings are not available then its downtime as far as I am concerned. whats the point of having a server thats not available to anyone?

Hope this doesnt last much longer as i need to be given whats being sold to me, and that should be 99.95% uptime as shown eukhost.com / VPS Hosting-hosting.php

Please let me know IP address of your VPS Hosting. I will need to check what is wrong with the node and if needed we can move your VPS Hosting on one of our new Dual Quad Core nodes.

Usualy downtime is due to server upgrades, thats what Ive found other then that 100%
