Default vps websites running slow

Ticket number #DIR-94756-136
I have reported this to the chat guys and they agree that it is not right. At first i was told it was a network problem, then told to open a ticket.
The reply was "it is working fine" Well it is not working fine.
All of the website hostings were loading fine yesterday morning but as from yesterday afternoon it has been so slow i get time outs.
I need this fixed as soon as possible without any delay.

The scripts were working fine yesterday.
I have made no changes and there is nothing can do to change (what)
It is a server friendly script which works fine on all servers i have used it on.

I am getting nowhere fast.
I have a pretty good idea that a recent server upgrade has caused these problems. I will purchase a new single account to test this theory if i have to. Meanwhile i have @ 20 website hostings dead in the water. Yes i agree it probably is a MySQL Server connection issue.
My VPS Hosting now says in the header "whm optimised" it is a new header as far as i remember.

Is it possible to restore a VPS Hosting to a previous date? if so how

You'll need to talk to support directly if you do that to see if they can restore your VPS Hosting. It could just be a problem specifically with MySQL which needs resolving.

I have tried to talk to support by telephone. The guy asked me to open another ticket which i did. My website hostings pull an rss feed from x and display the contents on pages, the feed is working fine but something has change in my Dedicated Server so no products are displayed.
Yes it probably is a MySQL Server issue. A guy i had look into my configuration tells me the dns is set up incorrect as well as.

Thank you sam i will look forward to the results.
Meanwhile here is a mystery. I have a database showing 0 bytes on this website hosting Burfieldstuff Limited as you can see the page has text and pics showing. Another page which shows products Enclosures, Racks & Cabinets For Sale | Used Enclosures, Racks & Cabinets | Cheap Enclosures, Racks & Cabinets loads (eventually) but on a zero byte database this should not be possible as the page information should be in the database.
I am really confused.

Can you see products here > Enclosures, Racks & Cabinets For Sale | Used Enclosures, Racks & Cabinets | Cheap Enclosures, Racks & Cabinets

I have to wait ages for them to load.

Thanks sam the power panel is showing fine now.

I have recently noticed several entries from a certain ip address in my VPS Hosting. The ip originates from belgium (apparently)
Now, covering all of my bases i was wondering if this has anything to do with my other server problems as the ip owner should not have access.

78.129.105.190 VPS Hosting.192ip.com GET / HTTP/1.0 Anything sinister in this or is it eukhost support working?

Sorry to use this forum as a support crutch but i find tickets are slow. Please feel free to delete all posts once the issues are resolved.

Thanks

I have just created a new account, the email that came with account details only had one name server showing.

ns2.192ip.com (78.129.168.17)
ns1.192ip.com (78.129.168.16)

That is what i should have but ns2 is missing.

Am i alone in trying to sort this out

The best way to get this sorted at a weekend is via livechat or the ticket system. The support team is reduced at a weekend and so replies on the forum may be slower.

Believe me i have been on live chat a dozen times and i always get asked to open another ticket for the same problem.
I am seriously thinking of changing my hosting company.

I would suggest you ask to be passed to a senior technician. I've tried to look at your web site hosting and the code and it appears as if the last part of the code wasn't transfered to my PC. That could be to do with Apache or MySQL.

DNS wise, have a look at DNS Stuff: DNS tools, DNS hosting tests, WHOIS, traceroute, ping, and other network and domain name tools.. There are a few things but support should be able to sort them for you.

I have found an email from malcom in my folder, it is more than a day old.
He has kindly offered to move my VPS Hosting to a new node.
I am anxious to get this done as soon as possible please.

Here is the current visitor status of my Dedicated Server
WW_W.WWKWWWW_W__W..WWW_WW...___..W.
All waiting for connection.

================================================== =======
I would rather suggest the VPS Hosting move option that I suggested you earlier on chat so as to overcome any issues with the current node or VPS Hosting. Let us know if you would like to proceed with it so that we can create a new VPS Hosting on another node asap.

Please feel free to contact us back if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
Malcolm
