When I first started looking at your services, I am sure I read on here something about a direct customer support option, so our customers could email over problems directly and get a white labled type of support, and that some did not like the idea for reasons I can't remember.
Well would it be posible to set something up so that our customers could get access to live chat in some sort of white label situation, as all the agents I have spoken to just have their name and not euk or anything.
Could go to make the EU experience better, even if there was a small charge (although free is always a better amount
