Default Same problem at 92.48.70.158

I'm facing the same problem at 92.48.70.158.
I successufuly remote desktop to my Dedicated Server but desktop layout is different. As i dind't change any setting I suspect eukhost should have done some updates or something else.
The problem is in my case SQL Server is not working since yesterday 21:00.

I have restarted my VPS Hosting a couple of times - made no difference.

I have restarted the IIS Web Server - made no difference.

I will check MSSQL Server on my dedicated server.

Have you tried LiveChat?

Chris

If you can access RDC, then the same thing happened to me yesterday. Apparently there was a backup running on the main node or something, not completely sure though...

I was able to "speak" with live chat.
Restarting SQL Server solved the problem but i still don't know what was the cause of the problem

I have now managed to speak to LiveChat and recycling the application pool solved my problem.

Hello Roland,

Our main hardware node is again facing some File System errors on which your VPS Hosting is hosted. We are working on this issue to resolve it as soon as possible. For more updates please refer http://www.eukhost.com/forums/f29/VPS Hosting-node-file-system-errors-5359

Our live chat support is not having any problem and working fine.

Thumbs down privvmpages error in PPP

Hi,

I have been migrating sites over today from my old VPS Hosting host.

I have noticed that in Virtuozzo/PPP the privvmpages value is showing
as RED using 71,994 of 72,632....

Not sure what this means, but I have a lot more sites at my old host
on a basic OpenVZ container, and this VPS Hosting is supposed to be a MEDIUM
powered Virtuozzo with 512mb ram.

I have only moved over about 8 sites which are very low use, so I am
not sure what is causing the RED line, unless it is a problem with the
VZZO HOST Server.

Can you please investigate, if I am out of resources I will be very
annoyed as I would fail to see how you can run "Hundreds of sites" as
your advert says I can on this VPS Hosting.

Livechat is not being answered and ticket been in for several hours without being looked at. Also phone number saying "calls cannot be forwarded at this time".
