Why has my support request not been dealt with yet???
I submitted a support request over 2 hours ago because our site is offline.
I received a reply that the reason it is offline is because of a billing issue.
Our account is FULLY paid up until the end of this month and I have replied saying so and attached the receipt as proof.
Even if we went over our bandwidth, there is still enough credit on our account to prevent removal of service and would not warrant the suspension of our account.
I am NOT impressed by this. I have not received one email informing me that this could happen, otherwise a resolution would have been sought beforehand. Our account is still in credit, yet our site has been taken down without explanation.
We have always been good customers and do not deserve this treatment, especially when we are fully paid up! Put our site back on immediately please.
