Me and a friend have a Windows Semi Dedicated with you, which we use for our clients.
We were told the other day that its mal-functioning and running slow due to a 'miss-configuration' and you'd rebuild the VPS Hosting. So we backed up our data, nothing has been done since.

However, after we've only really configured Web Space and DNS on there, how can a miss configuration cause it to run so slow via the IP?

92.48.70.184 is the server in question.

We went through EUK in good faith the service would be good, he wants to go elswhere if this doesn't pickup. He's been lumbered for the last day.
