1) I ordered a Windows VPS Hosting a couple of days ago, I know that the launch date is 15th, but when exactly will I get my VPS Hosting setup?

2) What does burstable ram mean?

And another question... is it ok/is it possible to install exchange server 2003?

Your Windows VPS Hosting will be live on 15th and login details will be sent to you on 15th Morning. Burstable RAM allows you to use additional RAM from the server incase you run short of Memory on your VPS Hosting.

You will need to send us licensed copy of Exchange Server to install it for you. We don't wish to messup with microsoft for any reason.

3 - 4 hours more.

templates installation has got delayed so you will get login details of your windows VPS Hosting in 3 - 4 hours..

I'm sure your details will be sent shortly. To ensure you are not disappointed support staff are likely to give a longer turnaround time.

With the Win VPS Hosting all being new, there are always unforseen issues that can arrise.

I'm sure eUK appreciate your patience and you wont need to wait much longer.
