Windows VPS can't be reached -- support can't be reached

The toll free number is not working, and nobody is answering the support number. No body available on the live chat either.

What the hell is going on?

My server is unreachable and I need to get this sorted out NOW!

Hi there. What is going on with the free phone number. I tried to use this about a week ago and it was not working. I have just signed up for a VPS Hosting based on the praise of support from people on this forum. Has something changed in the past few weeks?

our toll free number has problems from long time. We are in final stages of getting it sorted.
