Hello,

I am pleased with my dedicated linux server at eukhost, so 3 days ago I ordered a second server (Linux - Quad Core Intel Xeon x3210 + 3GB RAM + php5 + mysql5). The payment was made immediately, without problems. 2 days ago I used the chat to know what's happening with the server, and you told me it will be ready in 12 hours. 1 day ago (yesterday), the server was not in my hands, so I used the chat again, and you tell me it would be ready in 8 hours. This morning (6 hours ago) I used again the chat, and you told me the server will be ready in a couple of hours.

My server is not yet ready. Is all right? Is there any problem? Do you have drawbacks due to the setup of this server? I think 3 days business days is too much for setting a server up.

Please let me know about the status of this server.

I did not open any ticket. I used directly the chat system (sales, tech support, and linux dedicated server options).

Hello Alexis,

We ran short of x3210 servers stock last week. We immediately placed an order with Dell for new servers. It takes about 7 - 10 days for them to send the shipment which is expected to arrive tomorrow morning. Your server would be online by tomorrow evening (GMT).

We apologize for the delay. In view of this delay, your billing cycle and renewal date will be set to 10th of next month. If you need a server today itself then let us know as we can provide you with Q6600, E4500 or Intel 3065 server with similar RAM and HDD specification in a few hours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding ( I admit it sounds cliched
