Dedi Setup Tmescale

I just bought a dedicated server and wondered what the timescales were for set up. Im not panicking or anything, I only paid yesterday but couldnt find anything in the FAQ's etc that said what the normal timescales were.

Oops! phone is on now, should I open a ticket or just wait for a call? You guys left a message saying you would call back.
