Hello Nathan,
Nothing was wrong on the server but as you said that your office staff had problems so I simply cleared firewall IP deny list. it was showing some blocked IPs which were listed for invalid login attempts but it was difficult to figure out if any of those was your office staff IP.
You can clear firewalled IPs by removing content filled upp in "Firewall Deny IPs" from
http://87.117.224.170:2086/cgi/addon_csf.cgi
Make sure that you save and click on "Restart Firewall" once you remove those blocked IPs.
