can anyone chekc the website www.winkslondon.com is online please, client is complaining the site is down unfortunately it appears up to us here in the office

Please note - it is a Masseuse website

Hi,

IE7 gives a blank page, Firefox gives - Firefox can't find the server at...

I am in Spain btw.

Yes, this website is unresponsive and doesn't even respond to ping.

From what I gather, it appears the DNS service has failed on the server in which that domain is hosted.

Just checked dnsstuff.com - it may be a dns issue, result:

FAILDNS servers have A recordsERROR. One or more of your DNS servers are missing A records (per NS records that may be cached). As a result, they cannot be used. The problem hostnames are:

ns.rackspace.co.uk. has no A record. ns2.rackspace.co.uk. has no A record.

This may be a problem of DNS registry. You should check your DNS record?

is there any way we can check historically DNS settings?

a web developer has gone in and made some changes to try and point it to our servers - and we need to get this resolved asap

ns1.seoconsult.co.uk & ns2.seoconsult.co.uk.

are pointing to your server so assigning those name servers that will work for you
