My server is down over 3 hours. Chat support seems can not resolve it. Let's hope they can do it

This seems to a problem with the network card. We are in touch with the NOC to get this sorted out.

Williams & Jack are working on it. Your truly is also following this.

The server has been taken offline for a H/W check. The NIC would be changed.

NIC driver has been reinstalled now server is up and running fine.
